Data Privacy Statement

Area of application

This data privacy statement explains the type, coverage and purpose of the collection and use of personal data through the responsible provider
EURODUNA International GmbH
Schusterring 23, 25355 Barmstedt
on this website (henceforth referred to as "offer").

The legal basic principles of the data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Teleservices Act (TMG).

Access data / Server-Logfiles

The provider ( his webspace provider respectively) collects data about every access to the offer ( so called server logfiles). The following belong to the access data:
name of the accessed website, file, date and time of the access, transferred amount of data, message of the successful access, browser type and version, the operation system of the user, referrer URL (the prior visited website ), IP-address and the enquiring provider.
The provider uses the protocol data only for statistical analysis purposes within the company and also for securing and optimising the offer. If there are concrete clues of a reasonable suspicion that the data was used illegally, the provider reserves the right to retroactively check the protocol data.

Handling personal data

Personal data are information that help to define a person i.e. information that can be traced back to one person. That includes the name, the e-mail address or the phone number, but also information about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites are being accessed. Personal data are only being collected, used or transferred by the provider, if the act is legal, or if the user agrees to the data collection.

Personal data will be saved, when contacting the provider (e.g. via contact form or e-mail) in case the data are needed to handle the enquiry or in case questions need to be answered afterwards.

We use the newsletter to inform you about our company and our offer. If you are interested in receiving our newsletter, we need your valid e-mail address as well as information that allow us to make sure you are the owner of the e-mail address or that the owner of the e-mail address agrees to receiving the newsletter respectively. No further data will be collected. These data will only be used to send you the newsletter and will not be transferred to a third party.
With the registration for the newsletter we will save your IP-address and the date of registration. The saving of the data is purely done in case proof is needed that a third party is using the e-mail address wrongly and registers for the reception of the newsletter without the knowledge of the beneficiary. You can cancel your agreement to save your data, the e-mail address as well as its use to send you the newsletter at any time. The cancellation can take place via a link in the newsletter itself, via your profile or per message to the above contact possibilities.

Integration of services and contents of third parties

It is possible that this online offer contains contents of third parties such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google-Maps, RSS-Feeds or graphics from other websites. This always requires that the provider of these contents (henceforth referred to as third party provider) is aware of the IP-address of the user. Without the IP-address the third party provider could not send the content to the browser of the particular user. Thus is the IP-address necessary to show the content. We try to only use such contents of particular providers that only use the IP-address to send out the content and nothing more. However, we have no influence, in case third party providers save the IP-Address for e.g. statistical purposes. We will inform the users as far as we are aware of it.

Registration function

The data used to register, will be used for the purpose of handling the offer. The users can be informed about offer or registration relevant data like change of the offer range or technical circumstances via e-mail. The collected data are apparent when looking at the entry mask for the registration. These include name, address, telephone number and e-mail.

Cancellation, changes, corrections and actualisations

Upon request, the user has the right to receive information, free of charge, about the personal data collected. In addition, the user has got the right to correct wrong data, blocking and deletion of his personal data, as long as there is no legal obligation to preserve records.
