SOYAFINE 075
 
 
SOYAFINE 075 of EURODUNA is a fine milled product, based on originally coarse soya bean meal. This coarse soya bean meal is gained as a co-product of the oil extraction from soya beans.

Due to the included toasting process the content of trypsine inhibitors (antinutritional factors) in SOYAFINE 075 is significantly reduced.

Due to its fine particle size (max. 6 % > 75 micron) and light colour SOYAFINE 075 is predestinated for the production of price orientated calf milk replacers.

SOYAFINE 200 of EURODUNA is a finely ground product, based on originally coarse soya bean meal. The original coarse soy bean meal is gained as a co-product of the oil extraction from soy beans.

Due to the included toasting process the content of trypsine inhibitors (antinutritional factors)
in SOYAFINE 200 is significantly reduced.

Due to its fine particle size (99 % <200 micron) and light coulour SOYFINE 200 is especially suitable for the production of price orientated mixed supplemental feeds for piglets, which shall contain simple vegetable protein carriers next to dairy ingrediets.

SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE 90/6
 
 
EURODUNA's SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE 90/6 is a high quality protein product based on soy beans and consisting almost of pure protein only.

SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE 90/6 is gained from alkali extract of dehulled and defatted soy beans ("White flakes") by coagulation, separation and spry drying.

In speciality feed production for young agricultural animals the main objective of SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE 90/6 inclusion is the suplly of highly concentrated valuable amino acids, whereas for petfood the main focus is on the functional properties.

Today Soy Protein Isolates are almost exclusively being produced for the food market and for high prices. The quantities available for the animal feed industry and therefore very short. But EURODUNA has opportunities to offer the overleaf defined quality which is well suitable for young animal nutrition and still bears an acceptable price.

Viatl Wheat Gluten AMYTEX 100
 
 
AMYTEX 100 is a pure, carefully dreid, ANF- and GMO-free, vital wheat gluten product of highest quality. Protein content, purity and digestibility are significantly higher then in so called "wheat gluten fodder" which isusually just a mixture of low quality by-products from starch and gluten production, containing bran and fibres.

AMYTEX 100 is very suitable to reduce the potassium level (diarrhoea factor) in finished products (content in AMYTEX 100 only 0,12 %). Moreover, AMYTEX 100 is a good pellet binder. The pet food industry appreciates especially the functional water and fat binding properties. Also for poultry and aquaculture nutritional and technological experiences are positive.

Hydrolyzed wheat protein isolate SOLPRO 508
 
 
Whey protein isolate

SOLPRO 508 is an enzymatically hydrolyzed and then spray-dried wheat protein isolate (enzymatically modified wheat gluten). The product is a further development of the well-known product SOLPRO 500 and has an even better palatability in young animals.

The high concentration and digestibility of the protein as well as the light colour makes SOLPRO 508 attractive as an ingredient in piglet diets. In trials at the ID-TNO Research Institute (NL) the high glutamin(acid) content of SOLPRO had a positive effect on the morphology of the intestinal microvilli after weaning (stress factor for the intestine).
The (faecal) digestibility of protein of SOLPRO in calves and piglets is 95 % and thus relatively close to the digestibility of skim milk powder. SOLPRO 508 does not contain antinutritional factors (ANF) and is GMO-free.

WHEATGLUTEN (vital) is a co-product rich in protein, which is resulting from the production of starch out of ground and moistened wheat by a special wash-out-process.
The protein fraction consists mainly of gluten (glutenine and gliadine).

Wheat gluten is characterized by the following properties:
- High protein content
- High content in glutamine resp. glutamine acid (important for
morphology/function of villi)
- High digestibility of the protein
- Good pellet stabilizing properties
- Good fat and water binding potential
- Free of antinutritional factors (ANF-free)
- Neutral in smell and taste

POTATO PROTEIN
 
 
Potato protein is a high quality, dried co-product from the production of potato starch. The separation of the protein is done by a careful coagulation through water steem.

In piglet feeding potato protein shows a fine additional effect to grain, because potato protein is a concentrated and high nutritious source of amino acids for piglets.

The natural amino acid profile of potato protein is characterized by a high content of essential amino acids. The digestibility of this protein is high. According to CVB (2000) the standardized ileal digestibility of the crude protein in pigs is 90,3 % (Lysine 89,5 %).
